This includes any loss of funds due to a hack, unauthorized access, or private key compromise occurring outside of our control and resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with managing and maintaining digital assets and agree that Carta Wallet is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised or unlawful activities by third parties.
